Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Safety Guidelines
All our items are not to be left unsupervised with children under 36 months.
We advise that all hair accessories are removed from children whilst they sleep and also when they are in positions where an adult or an older child are unable to reach them in the unlikely event of suffocation or choking.
Hair accessories are not to get wet otherwise they will break. No returns or refunds will be offered on items that have been damaged in this way.
A handle with care approach is to be made to delicate items such as our hand painted wood items, hair accessories with embellishments and glassware.
Personalised glasses and bottles are NOT dishwasher safe and should not be soaked for long periods of time.
All our clothing can be washed at 30 degrees and we advise that they are washed inside out.
